| Discuss your ideas, thoughts, likes/dislikes, form, colour, texture, scent whilst walking around the outside space. Discuss your budget. Note: Although not essential, it does help enormously if you have an idea of what you'd like to spend, it will save a lot of time when quoting. | |

| Provide outline design with estimated costs and agree. | |

| Present and discuss final design, along with timeline, material samples, planting scheme. Agree and finalise start date. |
